In a statement released Tuesday, Euro-Cycles Company informs its shareholders that “the Board of Directors meeting dated Wednesday, March 25, 2015, approved the individual and consolidated financial statements for the year 2014.
These statements have shown net profit for the fiscal year 2014 of 10.399,379 MTD.
The Board has decided to propose the distribution of a dividend of 1.0148 dinar per share, an increase of 82% over the dividend projected at the IPO prospectus.
