The company Al Karama Holding has just announced that the opening session of financial bids relating to the international tender for the same of a majority block representing 58.2% of the capital of the company Carthage Cement will take place on Tuesday, June 22, 2021.
Al Karama has, also, announced that four of the five pre-qualified candidates remained in the running, namely:
– Consortium Mr. Boureima Ouedraogo (Burkina Faso) and “Société Internationale d’Investissement” – CIM Metal Group (Burkina Faso)
– MAJDA Tunisia Company (Tunisia)
– « Société Les Ciments Artificiels Tunisiens » (Tunisia)
– SECIL Consortium – Companhia Geral De Cal E Cimento (Portugal) and Société des Ciments de Gabes (Tunisia).
