The number of days lost due to occupational accidents and diseases is estimated at 1, 1 million days.
The figure has now dropped by 10% in 2013 and compared to 2012, according to statistics from the National Social Security Fund (CNSS).
The cost of these lost days amounted to 16 million Tunisian dinars (MTD) annually.
