The Open Skies talks between Tunisia and the European Union will officially begin on November 12 in Brussels, Belgium to reach agreement on this issue for the liberalization of the Tunisian air transport sector.
As a reminder, these negotiations take place a month after the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on Open Skies with Qatar, which has created controversy among professionals of the sector.
