Profits from exports of organic olive oil from the beginning of the current year until June of the same year reached 190 million dinars, up 300% compared to the same period in 2014, the Ministry of Agriculture said in a statement Tuesday, July 21, 2015.
Olive oil exports have generated record revenues during the year 2015. During the period from November 2014 until the end of June 2015, Tunisia exported 242,000 tons of olive oil, generating revenue of about 1.497 billion dinars.
