Tunisia was ranked 67th out of 122 countries and 2nd in Africa, according to the first Human Capital Report published on October 1, 2013, by the Davos World Economic Forum.

Swiss ranked first, followed by Finland and Singapore.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the report is based on four pillars, namely education, health and wellness, work force and employment and enabling environment.

The report also focuses on the efficient and long-term use of the human capital, by assessing the development and distribution of experienced human resources.
