Reported investment in the industrial sector reached 511.1 million Tunisian dinars (MTD) in the first two months of the current year, against 561.1 MTD in the first two months in 2012, posting a decline of 8 9%, says the letter of the Agency for Promotion of Industry and Innovation (APII).
The number of reported projects reached 614 during the first two months of 2013 against 719 during the same period of 2012, down 14.6%.
These projects will create 11,581 job positions, against 15,081 job positions during the first two months of 2012, i.e. a decrease of 23.2%.
