Société d’Articles Hygiéniques (SAH) has published its consolidated interim financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2008.
These accounts show a net profit (Group share) of 12.4 million dinars compared with 13.3 million in the previous year, a decrease of 6.8%.
This decrease was mainly due to the increase in net financial expenses from TND 19.5 million to TND 21 million and ordinary losses of TND 1.4 million.
However, the Group’s operating profit for the first half of the current year increased by 5.7% to TND 36.6 million, compared to TND 34.7 million at the end of June 2002.
The SAH Lilas Group achieved consolidated revenues of TND 428.8 million at the end of June, compared to TND 397.3 million a year earlier, up 8%.
Operating expenses totaled TND 395.8 million, compared with TND 363.4 million at the end of June 2022, an increase of approximately 9%, including TND 259.2 million for the purchase of materials and packaging.
Personnel costs amounted to TND 42.5 million in the first six months of the year, compared to TND 37.7 million in the previous year.
