Telnet Holding has published its consolidated interim financial statements as of June 30, 2022. These statements show a net profit group share of 4 million dinars, against 3.4 million in the first half of 2021, a growth of 20%.
At the end of last June, the group has achieved revenues of about 27.6 million dinars, against 23.7 million at the same date last year, posting a growth of about 16.4%. As for operating expenses, they have increased from 19.7 million dinars to 23 million between June 2021 and June 2022, up 16.6%.
Consequently, the group’s operating income is in surplus of 5.3 million dinars in the first half, against 4.4 million a year earlier, an increase of 21%.
The company Syphax Airlines SA has not been taken into account in the scope of consolidation since the percentage of control is 9% (below 20%). In addition, the participation is acquired and held with the sole prospect of a later sale in the near future.
