National carrier Tunisair suffered a net loss of 234.4 million dinars in 2018, against a net deficit of 226.4 million in 2017. Therefore, the airline brings its total accumulated losses to 1.1 billion dinars at the end of 2018.
This emerged from the draft resolutions to be submitted to the approval of the Ordinary General meeting to be held on May 6 to decide on the financial statements for 2018.
Fourteen items are on the agenda of the OGM including the ratification of the delay of the General Assembly, the reading of the Report of the Board of Directors concerning the activity of the company for the year 2018 and the approval of the financial statements of that year.
In addition, an Extraordinary General Assembly will be held the same day and will deliberate on the amendment of the company’s statutes and its mode of governance.
