The number of unemployed people in Tunisia stood at 612.1 thousand from a total active population estimated at 4,004,200, according to figures from the results of the National Survey of Population and Employment in the third quarter 2015.
Therefore, the unemployment rate stood at 15.3%. For the second quarter 2015, the number of unemployed was estimated at 605.1 thousand for an unemployment rate of 15.2%.
