The overall turnover of the company SANIMED stood at 15 million dinars in the first quarter of 2022, against 17.3 million a year earlier, a decline of 13%.
The local turnover fell from 8.2 million dinars to 6.8 million, posting a decline of 17%, while the export turnover reached 8.2 million dinars, against 9.1 million in the same period of 2021, down 10%.
The company says that following the provisions of Article 52 of the Finance Act 2022 on the abolition of the suspensive regime in terms of VAT for international trade companies, the company has lost market share in Africa for international trade companies operating on that continent.
Production fell 0.4% in the first quarter of 2022, compared to the same period of 2021, while the investments made are about 247,000 dinars.
In addition, bank commitments amounted to 114.2 million dinars at March 31, 2022, compared to 110.7 million at the end of December 2021.
