The “Société de Fabrication des Boissons de Tunisie” (SFBT) has just announced that its Board of Directors approved at its meeting of Wednesday, March 22, 2023, the individual and consolidated financial statements, relating to the financial year 2022, which were submitted to the Statutory Auditors.
To this end, the individual financial statements show a net profit of 232.5 million dinars, compared to 223 million a year earlier, i.e. a growth of 4%.
As for the consolidated financial statements, they posted a net profit of 257 million dinars, against 251 million in 2021, recording a slight increase of about 2%.
In addition, the Board of Directors decided to convene an ordinary general meeting for Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 9:00 am and to propose the distribution of a dividend of 0.740 dinars per share, compared to 0.715 dinars last year.
