Plasticum ended the financial year with a turnover of over 23.890 MD, a slight decrease, an operating profit of 2.765 MD after expenses of over 21.124 MD and a net profit of just over 1 MD after financial expenses of 1.466 MD.
Plasticum Tunisie SA is a joint-stock company with a balance sheet worthy of the largest companies in terms of clarity and completeness.
It was created in November 2010 with an initial capital of 76,000 dinars and is managed by Habib Kamoun (see our photo), who holds 47.58% of the capital. The main shareholders are ATD Sicar (22.5%) and FCCP Innovatech (21.09%).
The company’s main activities are the transformation of plastic materials by injection, which accounts for the vast majority of its turnover (22.340 million Tunisian dinars); the transformation of all plastic products, in the form of sheets, films, fabrics or other materials, by cutting, folding, ultrasonic welding, etc.; the design, manufacture and reconditioning of injection molds; and the performance of all assembly, decoration, distribution and other operations related to the transformation, manufacturing and design activities.
