In view of the imminent need to raise funds to finance the 2024 budget, as approved by the Board of Directors on October 18, 2024, Microcred has decided to set the terms and conditions for the issue of the second tranche of the debenture loan for an amount of 10 million dinars, without recourse to the public call for savings.
The nominal amount of the “Microcred 2024-2” bond issue is 10 million dinars, divided into 100,000 bonds of 100 dinars each.
Subscriptions and payments for this bond issue will be received by AMEN INVEST, a stock market intermediary, from December 20, 2024 and will be closed no later than December 27, 2024.
The bond issue is part of the company’s policy to strengthen its financial structure by consolidating its medium and long-term resources.
