Tunisie Leasing & Factoring (TLF) has announced that its Board of Directors, meeting on Monday, March 24, reviewed the Group’s activities in 2024 and approved the individual and consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2024.
The individual financial statements show a net profit of 24.8 million dinars, an increase of 2% compared with 2023. The consolidated financial statements show a net profit of 37.4 million dinars, up 32.8%.
The company also states that its Board of Directors has decided to convene an ordinary general meeting on Monday, April 28, 2025 at 3 p.m. at Amen Bank’s head office, and to propose to shareholders, among other things, the distribution of a dividend of 1.150 dinars per share, i.e. 23% of the nominal value, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT).
