The Société Industrielle d’Appareillage et de Matériels Electriques (SIAME) announced on Wednesday that its Board of Directors, at its meeting on March 25, reviewed the company’s activities during the 2024 financial year and approved the corresponding financial statements.
These statements show a net profit of 3.3 million dinars, compared to 2 million dinars in 2023, an increase of 65%.
The Board also decided to convene the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for Thursday, May 2025 at 9 a.m. at the company’s headquarters and to propose the distribution of a dividend of 0.180 dinars per share, compared to 0.100 dinars last year.
