As part of its ongoing efforts to consolidate the governance of its industrial subsidiaries, OneTech Holding informs its shareholders and the public that it has entered into an agreement with the company Tavernier Benoit et Industrie (TBI) to acquire the entirety of its 20% stake in the capital of its subsidiary Techniplast, which specializes in plastic injection.
The transaction, which will take place in two phases, has already allowed OneTech Holding (OTH) to repurchase 36.5% of TBI’s stake in Techniplast, representing 7.3% of the subsidiary’s capital.
The remaining TBI stake (12.7%) will be acquired by the end of 2025, in accordance with the provisions of the agreement protocol signed between the parties.
Following this transaction, OTH will strengthen its majority position, currently at 80%, in the capital of Techniplast.
Since the subsidiary is profitable, the group’s share of the results will consequently increase.
This full acquisition reflects the Group’s intention to reinforce its operational and strategic control over Techniplast, which is driven by strong commercial momentum and a growing contribution to the Group’s value chain.
