The company Automobile Réseau Tunisien & Services (ARTES), the official representative of the Renault and Dacia brands in Tunisia, published its interim financial statements as of June 30, 2025, confirming positive momentum in a context marked by the recovery of automotive demand.
At the end of the first half of 2025, ARTES achieved a turnover of 183.2 million dinars, against 120 million dinars during the same period in 2024, representing growth of more than 52%. This performance was mainly driven by the sale of new vehicles (178.7 MD), followed by spare parts activities (3 MD) and workshops (0.9 MD).
Operating profit stood at 28.2 MD, up compared to 18.1 MD in the first half of 2024.
After accounting for financial income (9.7 MD) and tax expenses (12.4 MD), net profit came in at 25.2 MD, against 20.7 MD a year earlier, marking growth of 21%. Earnings per share stood at 0.660 dinar, confirming the company’s profitability.
The semester was marked by strategic financial investments, including the acquisition of 10 MD of shares in SIDEV SICAR.
In addition, ARTES pursued partnerships and transactions with its subsidiaries and sister companies, contributing to the consolidation of its position in the automotive distribution sector.
Finally, ARTES reaffirmed its resilience in the face of market challenges and confirmed its ability to generate sustainable profits, which places the company on a positive trajectory for the rest of 2025.
