The company Partner Investment, which belongs to the Poulina group, sold 1 million of its SFBT shares on Monday (0.37% of the capital) at a price of 13.200 dinars, for a total amount of 13.2 million dinars.
Following this transaction, Partner Investment Company has crossed below the 10% threshold of SFBT’s capital.
The Poulina subsidiary now holds (directly and in concert) 9.65% of SFBT’s capital.
Partner Investment company stated that it intends to continue acquiring and disposing of SFBT shares.
