Tunisia: Tunisair raises 100 million dinars on bond market

National airline Tunisair announced that subscriptions for the ‘Tunisair 2025-2 Bond Issue’, issued without a public offering for an amount of 124.8 million dinars, which opened on November 11, 2025, were closed on November 20, 2025, for an amount of 100.8 million dinars.

The company also indicated that the amount relating to the 252,000 bonds subscribed in category A has been fully paid up.

This bond issue, which is not subject to any particular guarantee, was issued under the following conditions:

– Interest rate: 10% per annum.

– Term: 7 years, including one year of grace period.

– Principal repayment: Constant, starting from the 2nd year, monthly, over 6 years.

– Interest payments: Monthly.

The purpose of this issue is to strengthen the company’s financial resources in order to meet its financial commitments.

Recall that the company issued a 30 million dinar bond at the beginning of October 2025.
