ATL Leasing marked a significant milestone in the 2025 financial year, with net profit rising to 25.4 million dinars, up from 21.6 million dinars in 2024. The performance was driven by sustained commercial momentum, as net leasing income reached 61.2 million dinars, supported by higher lease originations and optimized resource cost management.
Beyond bottom-line growth, a review of the balance sheet reveals controlled portfolio expansion. Net lease receivables increased to 670 million dinars, reflecting growing confidence among economic operators in ATL’s financing solutions.
The company’s shareholders’ equity also strengthened, rising from 143 million to 157 million dinars over one year. This solid financial base allows the institution to comfortably meet regulatory solvency ratios.
Despite rising business volumes, ATL maintained strict discipline over portfolio quality, with a classified receivables rate that remains among the best in the sector at below 8%.
Buoyed by these results, the Board of Directors is expected to propose a generous dividend distribution at the next Annual General Meeting. The previous fiscal year had already seen an increase in the dividend per share to 0.350 dinar.
Stock market analysts anticipate a similar trend, reaffirming ATL’s status as a reliable “yield stock” on the Tunis Stock Exchange.
Meanwhile, although financial gearing, the ratio of debt to equity, increased slightly to support growth, ATL enters 2026 with solid fundamentals.
The challenge for the current fiscal year will be to sustain this net interest margin in a volatile interest rate environment while continuing to digitalize processes to enhance customer experience.
