The Société tunisienne d’assurances et de réassurances (STAR) has just published its financial indicators for the 2025 financial year.
Approved by the Board of Directors meeting on May 15, 2026, these results demonstrate solid operational performance and clearly improving profitability.
The company’s gross written premiums reached 464.5 million dinars (MD) at the close of the 2025 financial year.
Compared to the 428.6 MD recorded in 2024, this indicator shows a robust increase of 8.4%, a sign of sustained commercial momentum throughout the year.
It is on the profitability side that STAR achieves its strongest performance, driven by increased operational efficiency.
Indeed, the individual net result soared to a record 39.9 MD as of December 31, 2025, compared to 29.8 MD a year earlier, a remarkable increase of 33.8%.
The group’s performance follows the same upward trajectory, reaching 38.9 MD compared to 27.5 MD in 2024, a spectacular leap of 41.4%.
In light of these strongly positive results, the Board of Directors has called an Ordinary General Meeting for Tuesday, June 23, 2026 and proposes the payment of a dividend of 2.593 dinars per share.
