Tunisia will host the first edition of the THE BRIDGE AI & HEALTHCARE Summit on June 8, 2026, an international event bringing together entrepreneurs, startups, investors, doctors, experts, and Tunisian talents abroad around a shared vision: building the future of healthcare and digital innovation in Tunisia and Africa.
This strategic meeting will serve as a platform connecting innovation, investment, and health technologies, and will also mark the official launch of “The Bridge” project, the first incubator and accelerator linking Tunisia and Europe in the fields of healthcare, artificial intelligence, and new technologies.
The initiative is developed in partnership with the National Organization of Entrepreneurs (ONE) and the Association of Tunisian Doctors Worldwide (AMTM).
The project aims to support startups and innovative ventures through specialized incubation and acceleration programs, expert mentoring from national and international professionals, access to European investors and partners and the development of cooperation networks between Tunisia, Europe, and Africa, according to a statement from ONE.
The summit will feature a rich program including high-level conferences, sector panels, Pitch Battle competitions, B2B meetings, networking spaces and a Startup Village bringing together dozens of innovative Tunisian and African startups.
Key themes will include artificial intelligence in healthcare, telemedicine, medical technologies and biotechnology, alternative financing and crowdfunding, as well as engagement with Tunisian expertise abroad and investment in the HealthTech ecosystem.
Through this initiative, THE BRIDGE aims to strengthen Tunisia’s position as a regional hub for innovation in health and technology by promoting access to financing, skills transfer, investment and international partnerships.
The event is expected to gather between 400 and 600 participants from Tunisia and abroad, including financial institutions, investment funds, universities, international partners and representatives from both the public and private sectors.
