The Mauritanian Government will soon establish a desk to facilitate the registration of companies in the country after the details were approved by the Council of Ministers, PANA reported from here.
The government said the aim of the desk is to make it easier for local and foreign investors seeking to set up business concerns.
Mauritania produces iron, gold and oil, in addition to being endowed with rich fishing coasts and offering good opportunities in agro-business in the valley of the Senegal River.
However, investments in the country remain relatively low compared with its neighbours.
