Angola will enjoy stable electricity supply by 2016, when the main dams start functioning at full capacity, according to Energy and Water Minister João Baptista Borges.
Borges told journalists at the inauguration of the board of directors of companies in the sector that the dams in Cambambe II, Laúca and Soyo would provide great relief for the population by ensuring stable power supply.
The minister also said the government planned to tap into thermal generation of electricity.
