The second edition of a National Job Fair opened Wednesday in the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott, attended by several ministers, civil servants and the private sector, PANA reported here.
The two-day event is jointly organized by Mauritania’s national union of employers (UNPM), the Liberal professions federation (FSPL) and the ministry of Employment, Training and Information Technologies.
PANA reports that dozens of foreign companies based in Mauritania are participating in the Fair which, according to organizers, will contribute to finding solutions to the issue of unemployment in the West African country.
