Former Finance Minister Houcine Dimassi said on Wednesday that the growth rate set at 2.3% was foreseeable in light of internal and external factors.
Speaking Wednesday on Express Fm, he noted that the slowdown of reform considered important and urgent are among the main reasons for the low growth rate.
He called on the parties concerned to initiate immediately the necessary economic reforms to prevent trade deficit.
