According to a recent Arab Barometer regional report on migration to Europe, Tunisia leads the way, with 46% of the population saying they are considering leaving the country.
It is followed by Jordan (42%) and Lebanon (38%).
Younger people and those with more education are more likely to consider migration. By age group, 71% of respondents aged 18-29 in Tunisia said they wanted to leave the country. The figure was 58% in Lebanon, 55% in Morocco and 54% in Tunisia.
France was also mentioned by 23% of other citizens, followed by Spain and Italy (22% each).
