ADVANS Tunisia has just issued a bond loan for an amount of 10 million dinars, without recourse to the Public Call for Savings, at an interest rate of 10% gross per annum and with a duration of 5 years.
The subscriptions and payments to this loan is received from June 16, 2022 at the stock exchange intermediary, UIB Finance, and will be closed at the latest on June 28, 2022. The subscription requests will be received within the limit of the issued securities, i.e. 100,000 bonds.
All the issued bonds are amortizable by a constant annual amount of 20 dinars per bond, i.e. the one fifth of the nominal value of each bond. This amortization will begin at the first year. The loan will be amortized in full on June 28th 2027.
ADVANS Tunisie has decided to issue this loan within the framework of a strategy aiming at strengthening the financial structure of the company by consolidating its medium and long-term resources, in order to support the development of its activity in the best conditions.
