Tunisia: Adwya sees revenue increase 7% in Q1

The company ADWYA has announced a turnover up 7.8% in the first quarter of the current year, reaching 23.2 million dinars.

This increase comes mainly from the licensed range, which recorded a 33.6% rise at the end of March 2018.

Revenue for the generic range has decreased by 23.8% at the end of March 2018, from 9.3 MD in 2017 to 7.1 MD at the end of March 2018.

As for the export turnover, it amounts to 0.715 million dinars at the end of March 2018, up 652% compared to the end of March 2017.

Production in units at the end of March 2018 grew 7.89% the equivalent of 373 thousand boxes compared to the first quarter of 2017, mainly due to the licensed range.

At the level of investments, the company spent at the end of March 2018, the sum 637 thousand dinars used mainly to renew the equipment and the industrial tool.

During the first quarter of 2018, ADWYA contracted a management loan of 11.4 MD which was used to finance the operating cycle.
