AFRICINVEST FUND III LLC and MAGHREB PRIVATE EQUITY FUND III LLC, two private investment funds under Mauritian law sponsored by AfricInvest, have reduced their stake in the capital of One Tech Holding.
The first fund sold 517,127 shares at a unit price of TND 8.050 for a total of TND 4.16 million. The second fund sold 482,873 shares at TND 8.050 dinars each, for a total of TND 3.88 million.
The two sales operations, involving one million OTH shares or 1.2% of the company’s capital, cost TND 8 million.
