Mohamed Ali Chekir, Managing Director of Al-Karama Holding, formerly Princess El Materi Holding (58 companies operating in various sectors), said that the holding will trade Alpha Hyundai Motor, official dealer of Hyundai in Tunisia, before the end of the year 2013.
In an interview with Express FM, he also pointed out that all of these companies managed by Al-Karama Holding had contributed more than 274 MTD to the state budget between 2010 and 2012 and more than 400 MTD by the end of this year.
Taking stock of 2013, he cited, among others the IPO of City Car, the transfer to the state’s shares in the capital of Stafim Peugeot dealer and the increases in the capital of Orange (telecommunications) and insurance company GAT.
