Amen Bank has just issued a debenture loan of an amount of 40 million dinars divided into 400 000 bonds of 100 dinars nominal, without recourse to the Public Call for Savings, and according to the following conditions:
The subscriptions and payments to this loan will be made as from September 28, 2022 at Amen Bank, and will be closed at the latest on September 30, 2022.
The purpose of the current issue is to:
– Preserve the adequacy between the maturities and the rates of the bank’s resources and uses by backing up long resources to long uses.
– Further strengthen the Bank’s net equity.
