Tunisian Accumulator ASSAD achieved a record turnover of 99 million dinars for the whole of 2018, up 8.5% compared to 2017.
On the local market, turnover increased by 11% from 31.1 to 34.5 million dinars, while on the export market, it grew 7.2% from 60.1 to 64.5 million dinars.
Nevertheless, the volume of production decreased by 3.8% compared to that of the year 2017 to stand at 1,061,263 equivalent standard batteries.
Investments in the year were in the order of 3.2 million dinars, down 14.3%.
In addition, total indebtedness increased by 7.1% compared to 2017 to reach 53.2 million dinars.
The company recalls that this amount includes 25 million dinars convertible into shares.
