The Tunisian accumulator company “ASSAD” has announced that its board of directors had decided at its meeting on July 07 to propose to the Extraordinary General Assembly an increase in the share capital.
This will be done by incorporation of reserves and the allocation of free shares, in an amount of 12 million dinars to be taken from ordinary reserves, therefore raising the share capital from 12 to 24 million dinars.
The operation will be carried out through the creation and issue of 12 million free shares of a nominal value of 1 dinar each to be distributed among the former shareholders and the transferees of allocation rights due to the fact that the company is not a public company.
Following this increase proposed by the Board of Directors of the Tunisian Accumulator Company ASSAD, the capital will be raised to 24 million dinars divided into 24 million shares of 1 dinar each fully paid up.
The Extraordinary General Assembly will be convened for Wednesday September 8, 2021.
