Tunisia: Tourism receipts up 58% to over €510 million at end of May

Tourism receipts in Tunisia reached TND 1,716 million dinars at the end of the first five months of the current year, compared with TND 1,088 million at the end of May, 2022.

This represents a sharp increase of 57.7% or TND 628 million over one year, according to figures from the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT).

In euro terms, tourism receipts amounted to €514 million.
