Assurances MAGHREBIA has announced that it has exceeded the 10% threshold in the capital of Union Internationale des Banques (UIB).
The insurance company now holds 10.2% of the bank’s capital, of which 4.5% is held directly and 5.7% jointly by Assurances MAGHREBIA Vie and Union Financière.
Assurances MAGHREBIA has also stated that it intends to continue acquiring and selling new UIB shares.
