The Arab Tunisian Lease (ATL) has just announced that its Board of Directors had reviewed at its meeting of March 15, 2022 the company’s activity during the fiscal year 2021 and adopted the individual and consolidated financial statements relating to the fiscal year 2021 that have been submitted to auditors.
The individual financial statements show a net profit of 11.3 million dinars, against 5.5 million in 2020, i.e. a 107% surge.
As for the consolidated financial statements, they posted a net profit of 11.1 million dinars, against 5.3 million in 2020, recording a growth of 111%.
In addition, the Board of Directors decided to convene an Ordinary General Assembly for April 7, 2022 at the Arab Institute of Business Managers (IACE) and to propose a dividend of 0.190 dinars per share, against a dividend of 0.075 dinars last year.
