Tunisie Profilés Aluminium (TPR) has announced that its Board of Directors, which met on Monday, April 22, 2024, examined the company’s activity report and approved the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023.
These statements show an individual net profit of 29.6 million dinars, compared to a profit of 22.9 in 2022, an increase of 29%.
As for the consolidated net profit, it stood at a record TND 41.3 million, compared with TND 29 million in 2022, up 43%.
In addition, the Board of Directors has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting the distribution of a dividend of 0.400 dinars per share and to convene an Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2024 at 15.00 at the Arab Institute of Business Managers (Maison de l’Entreprise) at the Berges du Lac.
