The Board of Directors of ATL Leasing, meeting on February 29, 2024, reviewed the company’s activity during the 2023 financial year and approved the individual and consolidated financial statements for the year 2023, which were submitted to the Statutory Auditors.
The individual financial statements show a net profit of 19.5 million dinars, compared to 16.2 million in 2022, up 20%. The consolidated financial statements show a net profit of TND 19.9 million, compared to TND 16.3 million in 2022, an increase of 23%.
In addition, the Board of Directors decided to call an Ordinary General Meeting on Monday, April 22, 2024 at IACE at 10:00 a.m., and to propose a dividend of 0.300 dinar per share (subject to the approval of the BCT), compared to a dividend of 0.270 dinar last year.
