A recently held extraordinary general meeting decided to increase the capital of Azur Détergent through the conversion of receivables amounting to TND 11.8 million, raising it from TND 62.4 to TND 74.2 million.
Azur Détergent is a subsidiary of the SAH Group, founded and managed by Mrs. Jalila Mezni and Mr. Mounir El Jayez. It specializes in the production of soaps, solid and liquid detergents, household cleaning products and insecticides for public hygiene.
In the first six months of this year, Azur Détergent’s turnover reached 80.3 million dinars, up almost 3% compared to last year.
