BH Bank achieved a net profit of 141.6 million dinars in 2019, against 136.3 million in 2018, i.e. an increase of 4%, according to the draft resolutions to be submitted to the Ordinary General Meeting ruling on the accounts for the financial year 2019 that will take place on Tuesday, June 30.
In view of the current circumstances related to the COVID-19 epidemic and in accordance with the measures taken by the CMF in its press release of March 19, 2020, the meeting will be held at the bank’s headquarters, BH Bank said Wednesday.
The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting will thus approve the distribution of net income for fiscal year 2019 as proposed by the Board of Directors.
