BH Bank has just published the draft resolutions to be submitted to the Annual General Meeting to be held on April 27, 2024 to approve the financial statements for the year 2023.
It shows that the Bank achieved a record net profit of 140 million dinars last year, compared to 118.7 million dinars in 2022, an increase of about 18%.
The Ordinary General Meeting will set the amount of the dividend to be distributed to shareholders at TND 1.1 dinars per share, i.e. a total of 52.3 million dinars, including an amount of TND 8.1 million reserved as a priority for individual shareholders, which will be taken from the retained earnings of the Extraordinary Reserves created as at December 31, 2013 and which will not be subject to withholding tax.
These dividends will be paid without withholding tax to the stockbroker or custodian from May 10, 2024.
