BH Leasing reported a net profit of 2 million dinars, up 72% compared to the financial year 2021, according to the financial statements closed at its Board of Directors’ meeting held on March 7.
The meeting reviewed the company’s activity relating to the financial year 2022 and closed the financial statements as at December 31, of the same year.
The Board of Directors decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting for the compliance of BH LEASING’s statutes with the regulations in force, on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 10:30 am and an Ordinary General Meeting on the same day at 11:00 am.
The company stresses that the result of the financial year will be allocated to retained earnings to absorb previous losses and that there will be no dividend distribution.
