Banque Nationale Agricole’s (BNA) net banking income stood at 742 million dinars (MD) at the end of September 2024, up 0.5% compared to the same period last year, according to the bank’s activity indicators published on the Tunis Stock Exchange website on Monday.
The bank’s operating income increased by 6.7% to 1,714 million dinars, while the bank’s operating expenses grew by almost 12% to 972 MD at 30 September 2024.
Total operating expenses rose by 6.6% to 285 MD, while customer loans outstanding, net of provisions and reserved agios, reached 14,330 MD at end-September 2024.
Customer deposits reached 1,641 MD, an increase of 14.3%.The investment securities portfolio stood at 6,330 MD at September 30? 2024 compared to 4,805 MD a year earlier, mainly as a result of subscriptions to the National Loan and the acquisition of BTAs.
