The company Automobile Tunisian Network and Services, ARTES, has announced that its board of directors has reviewed at its meeting on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, the activity report of the company and has adopted the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021.
It emerges that the car dealer has achieved a record net profit of 40 million dinars in 2021, against 22.7 million in 2020, up 75%.
The Board of Directors has therefore decided to propose to the next Ordinary General Meeting the distribution of a dividend of 0.800 dinars per share, the same dividend paid last year.
