Tunisia: Carthage Cement sees its revenues rise 10% to TND 262 million

Carthage Cement reported a turnover of 262 million dinars at the end of September 2022, compared to 239 million for the same period of the previous year, up 10%.

The total turnover of the cement business (Cement and clinker) went up by 10% between 2021 and 2022. This rise is attributable to the 25% increase in export revenues and the 7% increase in local revenues.

Thus, the export turnover grew from 32.9 million dinars in September 30, 2021 to 41.2 million in 2022, and the local turnover reached 198.4 million dinars, against 185.6 million for the same period of 2021.

Through these achievements, Carthage Cement consolidates its position as market leader.

In addition, investments have reached 16.8 million dinars while the debt stands at 393.7 million dinars, against 412.7 million at the end of December 2021, a decrease of 19 million dinars.
