Tunisia: CEPEX Trade Representations in Africa at the service of exports

Nearly 400 Tunisian companies wishing to go global took part in the open day with members of the network of commercial representations of the center installed in African countries namely: Nigeria, Kenya, Cameroon, DR Congo and Côte d’Ivoire organized at the CEPEX on Wednesday.

These companies are specialized, in particular, in the food-processing, textile-clothing and mechanical and electrical industries.

During this day, which is part of the new CEPEX dynamics based on the customer approach and offering increasingly personalized support to business leaders, Tunisian companies and all economic operators interested in international trade learned about all the opportunities offered on the accreditation markets of the CEPEX network in Africa, as well as how Tunisian companies and products can access the commercial channels.

This day was also an opportunity to exchange with exporting companies and to listen to their needs in terms of support and assistance to facilitate the access of their products to export markets and to benefit from a better understanding of these markets and to mark out the ground for a possible accompaniment in a prospecting mission.

This meeting will be followed by B to B meetings on December 19 in Gabes, organized in collaboration with the South-East Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCISE).

CEPEX’s network of trade representations abroad now covers 13 cities, namely: Abidjan, Algiers, Oran, Abuja, Amman, Casablanca, Douala, Dubai, Kinshasa, Milan, Moscow, Nairobi and Rotterdam.

This network strengthens the effort to promote the Tunisian offer in the world by helping exporters to identify niches in export markets and to establish useful contacts by accompanying them in their prospecting, promotion and establishment actions.
