Chinese and Indian tourists coming to Tunisia as part of organized tours are now exempted from entry visas, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement Tuesday.
However, they must meet two conditions: have valid travel documents and prepaid hotel reservations, the statement added.
Application procedures for entry visas to the Tunisian territory shall remain in force for Chinese and Indian nationals wishing to visit Tunisia outside the framework of organized tourism trips (business or private visits), the ministry further said.
